YeahCamp is operated by YF Co LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In this policy, “YeahCamp,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to YF Co LLC. You can contact us at hello@yeahcamp.com or at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and sign-in details supplied through email sign-in or Google.
- Contact information: a mobile number you submit and verify for text alerts.
- Alert information: selected campground, dates, campsite type, delivery choice, alert status, and openings found for that alert.
- Message information: verification attempts and whether an alert text was sent or failed. We do not display your verification code after it is used or expires.
- Service information: ordinary technical, diagnostic, security, and usage information generated when you use the service.
- Communications: information you include when you contact us for help.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts and verify phone numbers;
- monitor selected campgrounds and manage your alerts;
- send requested campsite-opening texts and service messages;
- show alert history and delivery status in your account;
- provide support, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service from misuse;
- maintain and improve YeahCamp; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.
When information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate YeahCamp, follow your directions, protect the service, or comply with law. Providers that support the current service include Lovable for hosting and account infrastructure, Campflare for campground monitoring, Twilio for phone verification and text delivery, and Google when you choose Google sign-in. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to address fraud or security risks, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business.
Text messaging
If you choose SMS alerts and give the required consent, we use your verified mobile number to send phone verification and campground-opening messages. Message frequency varies with your active alerts. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our SMS Terms for details.
Retention
We keep account and alert information while your account or alerts are active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, security, recordkeeping, and legal purposes. Phone verification codes expire after a short period and cannot be reused. Retention may vary when we must preserve information for legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your choices
You can cancel active campground alerts from your account and stop text messages by replying STOP. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, email hello@yeahcamp.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where legally permitted or required.
Security and international use
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. YeahCamp is operated from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
Children
YeahCamp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us with personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
