Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using YeahCamp, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use text alerts, our SMS Terms also apply. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use YeahCamp
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use YeahCamp for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must provide accurate information and keep control of the email account and mobile number connected to your account.
What YeahCamp provides
YeahCamp helps people discover campgrounds and monitor selected dates for campsite openings. When an opening is reported, we may save it to your account and, when enabled, send a text with a third-party booking link.
YeahCamp does not own or operate campgrounds, control reservation inventory, make reservations for you, or hold campsites. Campground details, availability, prices, rules, photos, booking links, and notices may come from third parties and can change without notice. Always confirm important information with the campground or booking provider.
Alerts are not guaranteed
We work to monitor campgrounds and deliver alerts promptly, but we do not guarantee that every opening will be detected, saved, or delivered; that an alert will arrive before others book; or that any campsite will remain available. Mobile carriers, campground systems, monitoring providers, connectivity, and other factors outside our control may delay or prevent an alert. You are responsible for completing and reviewing any reservation directly with the booking provider.
Your account and alerts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your contact details current. You may cancel an active alert from your account. Replying STOP ends text messages but does not by itself cancel campground monitoring; manage the underlying alert from your account as well.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- use YeahCamp unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
- interfere with, overload, probe, or bypass the service or its security;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy, or access the service without our written permission;
- submit a phone number or email address you do not own or have permission to use;
- resell, reproduce, or exploit the service except as permitted by law; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Ownership
YeahCamp and its original site design, software, branding, and content are owned by YF Co LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Campground names, photographs, maps, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use YeahCamp for its intended purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, remove alerts, or limit use when reasonably necessary to protect YeahCamp, its users, providers, or legal rights, including for violations of these terms. You may stop using YeahCamp at any time and may contact us to request account deletion.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YEAHCAMP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, AVAILABLE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YF CO LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, CAMPSITES, TRAVEL COSTS, OR RESERVATIONS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YEAHCAMP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YF Co LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of YeahCamp, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms as YeahCamp changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them. If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
