Program description
YeahCamp sends transactional text messages for phone-number verification and for campsite openings related to alerts you create. Messages may include the campground, campsite, dates, and a third-party booking link. YeahCamp does not complete the reservation for you.
Consent
When you select SMS or Both and check the consent box before arming an alert, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages from YeahCamp and YF Co LLC at the mobile number you provide. Your consent applies to verification and campsite-alert messages related to your use of YeahCamp. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, update your account before creating further SMS alerts.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on the number of active alerts, campsite activity, and phone verification requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. YeahCamp does not charge a separate fee merely to receive a text, but your carrier may.
Opt out with STOP
Reply STOP to a YeahCamp text to stop further text messages. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. After opting out, do not request another verification code or create a new SMS alert unless you want to opt back in.
Opting out stops text delivery but does not itself cancel campground monitoring. Sign in to My alerts to cancel the underlying alert. You can also contact us for help.
Help
Reply HELP for help, or email hello@yeahcamp.com. Include the mobile number involved and a brief description of the issue, but never send a sign-in link or verification code to us.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Messages may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, campground data, and other circumstances outside our control.
Privacy and other terms
We handle your mobile number and messaging information as described in our Privacy Policy. Our general Terms of Service also apply to your use of YeahCamp. We may update these SMS Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date.
